Seniority Services Board of Directors
Founder and President Susie Wolf is a native Houstonian who brings twenty-five years of experience in non-profit development and ministry to offer hope to those who are hurting. A graduate of St. John’s School and Rice University, she began her collegiate work as a piano performance major at the Shepherd School of Music. When her mother was diagnosed with advanced-stage cancer, her perspective and studies shifted. Cancer has impacted the lives of each member of Susie’s immediate family. From the time of her mother’s illness, she was drawn towards support for the ill and the aging. The message she shares is one of courage in the midst of the struggle. Both care recipients and caregivers receive encouragement and support. Susie holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science, Sociology and Religious Studies; an M.A. in Psychology and Biblical Studies and an M.S. in Aging Services/Gerontology. Susie is a member of the Sigma Phi Omega, National Gerontology Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi, National Honor Society and the Houston Gerontological Society. A licensed minister, songwriter and worshiper, music continues to be a part of her ministry. She is also a Realtor® with a SRES designation – Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Her passion and purpose is to optimize the quality of life for those served from one-on-one to group trainings and services provided. Support is important throughout each step of the journey.
Board Members
All of the Founding Board Members met through seasons of service with TPMI/Somebody Cares, a non-profit ministry based in Houston, Texas, founded by Doug Stringer.
Suzanne Byerley — holds a B.S. in Psychology and serves as a Court Appointed Child Advocate. She is from a family of 5 children and grew up with 7 adopted brothers and sisters. Suzanne has two beautiful daughters. She volunteers at the Beacon, a day shelter for the homeless and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She enjoys outreach and giving back to our community.
Henry Dibrell is a second term re-elected member of the Katy ISD Board of Trustees. He brings more than 20 years experience in non-profit management experience. He is a graduate of Northwestern State University where he holds a B.S. in marketing. He is also a licensed minister. Henry is active in the community and is a former member of the Board of Directors of Lifehouse Houston, Houston Police Department’s Youth Police Advisory Council and Somebody Cares Houston’s Board of Advisors. He is also a member of the Blue Key National Honor Fraternity where he received the Dean Nicolus Award. Henry lives in Katy with his wife, Delia, and four children.
Lisa Rodriguez has spent over two and a half decades in Oil and Gas accounting. She has been a facilitator in Celebrate Recovery Ministry, ministering to women and families. She has a heart for Special Needs Families and the unique life challenges that brings.She is also a devoted wife to husband, Julias and mother to Nicholas.
Ramona Yauger has helped lay the foundation for several ministries through the years. An ordained minister, she brings hope in hospitals, recovery programs, prisons as well as in the business sector. She served during the formation of Mission of Yahweh with the late Mrs. Helen Gay. She brings years of experience in both business and non-profit ministry. She is a well-established Realtor. Ramona has a heart for the hurting, the ill and the elderly. Ramona is married to husband, Doug and is mother to two sons, one of whom died several years ago of cancer. She is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and friend to many!
