Seniors Outreach 2020 – COVID RELIEF CARE

In the midst of a world-wide pandemic, Seniority Services provided Care Gift Bags and supplies for Home-bound Seniors, Shut -ins and Caregivers.  Connecting with a Community hard-hit by Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and more, Care Gift Bags were delivered to over 120 Seniors and their families. In addition, Caregivers at area nursing facilities received Care Gift Bags for their ongoing work in serving the residents. Gift Bags included items such as an HEB Gift Card, Emergency Supplies such as Flash Lights, Blanket Throws, a Somebody Cares Care Bear and more!

2020 was a year like none other and we are grateful to Outreach Partners, Somebody Cares America and Gateway Church Houston for their support.

We continue to receive calls and notes from Seniors who were surprised and grateful for the gift.  More than anything, it was important for each Senior and Homebound individual to know that they are thought of, cared about and not forgotten.  It’s the little things that matter the most.

Projects like this will continue at strategic times throughout the year.
